Used for calf weaning, this product is placed on the nose of the calf to prevent suckling on the cow. This nose ring is easy to install and can quickly and effectively help the weaning process without the need to separate cows from their calves.
The cow will not allow the calf to suckle, and after a few days the calf will give up trying.
Best suited to be used on calves 5 months and older.
Remove when the calf shows no more interest in suckling.
Will not interfere with the calf's ability to graze pasture and eat
