This semen straw thawing device is a well constructed, durable, portable cup-like unit with 600ml water capacity.  The body and handle are made from ABS plastic with an aluminum alloy liner for maximum heat conduction. It has an inbuilt 3200mAh battery that can be recharged with the supplied 240V adaptor or 12V car adaptor. The inbuilt battery provides 2+ hours working time (up to 5 hours depending on outside temperature and heating requirements)

The unit features a digital display with very easy to set functions. Thawing temperature can be set as constant, or within desired threshold.  It includes adjustable countdown timer for thawing time, and battery level indicator.

The unit also has a waterproof lid that seals tightly. This allows the ability to travel while filled with water and to use the 12V car adaptor to keep the contents warm or to pre heat the water before use.

Suitable for semen straw thawing and also short term storage and transport of fresh collected livestock semen.
