Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia is included in the price of all products (unless stated otherwise in the product description)

Most products are shipped next business day unless otherwise indicated.  Australia Post is the preferred carrier for shipments under 15kg. 

Delivery times will vary depending on location and Australia Post delivery schedule. Items should arrive within 10 business days from the time or ordering, many will arrive sooner.  Many items will be delivered within 4-7 business days. During high volume times of the year, Australia Post may increase their expected delivery times.

Bulky products may have longer delivery times to many areas.  General delivery times may also be greater to some regional areas.

Tracking is available on most delivery's and the tracking link will be forwarded via email.

When delivery times are likely to be greater than 10 business days, this will be indicated in the product description.
